John M. Crafts, MAI, Certified General Appraiser in New Hampshire. Mr. Crafts is the president of Crafts Appraisal Associates, Ltd., founded in 1978. His affiliation designations include MAI (Member of the Appraisal Institute), SRA (Senior Residential Appraiser), and CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member). Mr. Crafts has published research articles in national and regional appraisal journals and is the recipient of the prestigious Editorial Award presented by the Appraisal Journal. Appointed by the Governor, he has served as past chairman of the New Hampshire Real Estate Appraisal Board and also served as the past President of the Greater Manchester/Nashua Board of Realtors. Mr. Crafts has his MBA from the University of New Hampshire.

Arol J. Charbonneau, Jr., Certified General Appraiser in New Hampshire. Mr. Charbonneau has over 20 years experience in the appraisal industry. His assignments have ranged from valuations for the Rockefeller Estate to business appraisals and minority discount analysis. Mr. Charbonneau’s education has afforded him an edge in the appraisal community with his degree in Law and BA from Boston College.

Donald E. Watson, Certified General Appraiser in the State of New Hampshire. With over 23 years of real estate development experience, including 16 years in the appraisal industry, Mr. Watson has performed assignments for a wide variety of clients, including municipal and state governments, major universities, lending institutions, and non-profit organizations. He has broad experience with special use properties, such as golf courses, churches and daycare facilities, to name a few. Mr. Watson is qualified as an expert witness in many courts throughout New Hampshire.

Ms. Davies has over 20 years experience in commercial/industrial real estate, including 18 years experience in the real estate appraisal field. Ms. Davies has valued many property types, including unimproved land, subdivisions, commercial, residential, and industrial properties. She has in-depth experience with special use properties, market/demographic studies, and conservation easements.
